Manchester Histories Festival - 24 February - 4 March 2012

Exhibit at
the Town Hall

Applications for exhibition stands in Manchester Town Hall for the Celebration Day on Saturday 3 March have closed but don't miss out by coming along and finding out more about the organisations taking part.

Over 4,000 visitors attended MHF's event in the Town Hall in 2009, including stands and exhibitions from Manchester & Lancashire Family History Society, Gorton Local History Society, Manchester Museum, Granada TV, Manchester City Football Museum and the Royal Northern College of Music.

With similar numbers expected again for 2012, don't miss out on the chance to promote your organisation, get new members and learn new skills.

The closing date for applications is 5pm Tuesday 31 January 2012. It is expected that the exhibition stands will be oversubscribed. Once all applications have been received, MHF will select an appropriate mix of organisations to be present on the day.

To ensure that you are given a fair chance to have a stand, please ensure that you fully complete the form and provide a clear description of what your organisation is about and what you will be delivering on the day.

Whilst all stands are free to not-for-profit groups, if you wish to sell items from your stand, you will need to contribute to a market license at a price of £8.50 per organisation. Please indicate on the form if you wish to do this.

To apply, please download complete, print and sign the Exhibition Stand form and then return it to the MHF office by the closing date: 5pm Tuesday 31 January 2012.

Please note, commercial stands may be charged an exhibitor fee.
