Meet the festival team

Festival Director - Claire Turner

Claire is responsible for the creative direction, strategic planning, marketing and funding of Manchester Histories Festival (MHF). She is the first point of contact for all partners, organisations and funders who want to get involved with MHF.

Festival Co-ordinator - Eleanor Edmonds

Eleanor is working on MHF one day per week as part of her Post-Graduate placement. She will be responsible for administering the new Manchester Community History Awards, and assisting the Director with the co-ordination of MHF.

Jess is working as a volunteer one-day a week at MHF, assisting with the exhibition stands and the management of the Celebration Day.

Zora is volunteering at MHF and assisting with the event mangement of the Festival, especially the Celebration Day

Rebecca is working on MHF one day per week as part of her Post-Graduate placement. Rebecca will be the first point of contact for event enquiries and also be managing the volunteer programme.
