Jonathan Schofield (respected guide & Mancunian authority) and Gary James (author of Manchester A Football History and various football books) walk Manchester city centre highlighting some of the key city centre sites that have played their part in Manchester’s footballing history.
The tour will include anecdotes and stories connected with the Blues & Reds’ first successes and their most recent triumphs, the Football League’s birth, the PFA, the players’ social hangouts from the 50s to the present day and much more.
This walking tour lasts approx 1 hour and is followed by a Manchester football quiz.
Tour starts at Malmaison Hotel, Piccadilly, M1 1LQ.
